Email support@ebenezerlabs.ai. Do not email a baby’s name, birth date, milestone notes, photos, exported data, authentication tokens, or other private child information.
Include the app version, iOS version, device model, the screen involved, and a description that does not contain child or family content.
Safety and medical questions
Tiptoe is educational and does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care. Contact a qualified healthcare professional about health or developmental concerns. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Account or access problem
- Confirm the device is online and that the correct adult account is selected.
- Do not send passwords, one-time codes, provider tokens, or screenshots containing child data.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, contact security@ebenezerlabs.ai.
Subscription problem
- Use Restore Purchases in Tiptoe while signed into the Apple account used for the purchase.
- Manage or cancel the subscription through Apple’s subscription settings.
- Apple controls billing and refund decisions for App Store purchases.
Notifications
Review Tiptoe notification categories, selected times, and quiet hours in the app. Also check iOS Settings if permission was denied. Tiptoe is designed to avoid sensitive child details in lock-screen notification copy.
Export or delete data
Profile and Settings contains local export and deletion controls. A production account deletion must not be considered complete until Tiptoe reports the applicable remote deletion state. If deletion reports a failure, retry rather than sending an export to support.
Family access
Only the family owner can manage all membership actions. Revoked members should stop using cached or previously exported child information. Contact security support if access appears to continue after revocation.
Private media
Do not send milestone photos to support. Tiptoe private media must remain private and is not a substitute for secure medical communication.
